This tutorial was written by me on October 3, 2012.

Any similarities to any other is purely coincidence.

If you're trying this tutorial I am assuming you know how to use PSP.

I am using PSPX2.

File - New - 700 x 700 transparent and flood fill with white

Open paper 8, resize to 700x700 pixels, c/p as new layer, apply your mask

Open Frame1, resize by 85%, adjust - sharpen, c/p as a new layer

Click inside of your frame with your magic wand, selections - modify - expand by 5

New layer move under your frame

Open Paper1, c/p into selection of new layer, selections - none

Back on your frame layer add drop shadow of 0 0 65 5

Open Frankie, c/p as a new layer and move to the left of the frame

See mine for placing and add drop shadow

Open RIP Toombstone, resize by 50%, adjust - sharpen, c/p as a new layer

Move toombstone to the right of the frame, see mine for placing, add drop shadow

Open Cat in Pumpkin, resize by 50%, adjust - sharpen, c/p as a new layer

Move the cat in pumpkin to the left of the frame, add drop shadow

Open BlackCat, resize by 50%, adjust - sharpen, c/p as a new layer

Move the cat to the left of the frame, further than cat in pumpkin, add drop shadow

Open ghost with bag, resize by 50%, adjust - sharpen, c/p as a new layer

Keep in the middle of the frame, add drop shadow

Open Trick or Treat word art, resize by 75%, adjust - sharpen, c/p as new layer

Move to the left of frame but move it down some

Add eyecandy gradient glow with following settings:

Basic Tab

glow width 3.00, soft corners 25, overall opacity 100, draw only outside selection ticked

Color Tab

Fat

Add drop shadow of 2, -2, 75, 3

Open your tube, c/p as a new layer, image - mirror, and move to the left of the frame

Duplicate tube and change blend mode of top one to soft light, opacity 50

Add drop shadow to the bottom tube and merge them together

Go back to trick or treat word art and duplicate it, move one above the tube

Back on tube layer, select all, float, defloat, back on top word art use your eraser to get rid of

what is covering her leg from word on the top, see mine for visual

Once you are done erasing, selections, none

Open monster4, resize by 50% twice, adjust - sharpen

Move down and in front of T in treats at the bottom, add drop shadow

Open witch kitty, resize by 50% twice, adjust - sharpen

Move down and place by the witches other leg, see mine for placing

add drop shadow

Close background layer, merge visible, add your cr and your name and you are done!
